PKR 67 Terms and Conditions –
Platform Rules & User Policy

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and PKR 67 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the PKR 67 website located at pkr67.onl and the PKR 67 mobile application, including all features, games, betting markets, payment facilities, and any other services provided through the platform.

By creating an account on PKR 67, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any game, or simply browsing the platform, you are agreeing to these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, policies, or promotion-specific terms that PKR 67 may publish from time to time, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

If you are using PKR 67 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms. Use of the platform implies full acceptance at all times.

To register and use PKR 67, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PKR 67 is strictly an adult platform and we do not permit access to anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual, using your own true and accurate personal details. Corporate accounts, shared accounts, and accounts registered with false information are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an existing PKR 67 account. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be prohibited from accessing online gaming platforms under any applicable rules that apply to your personal situation.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. PKR 67 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided. Failure to provide requested verification may result in account suspension or withdrawal holds until verification is completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your PKR 67 account. This includes keeping your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials private and secure. PKR 67 will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

Any activity that takes place on your account — whether by you or by any third party who gained access due to your failure to maintain account security — is your responsibility. PKR 67 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access that resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.

• Do not share your account login with anyone else, including family members.
• Do not allow others to use your PKR 67 account or to deposit and withdraw on your behalf.
• Notify PKR 67 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure the contact details associated with your account remain current and accurate.

PKR 67 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account where it reasonably suspects a breach of these account responsibility obligations, pending investigation.

All deposits and transactions on PKR 67 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• JazzCash – mobile wallet, instant processing
• Easypaisa – mobile wallet, instant processing
• Raast – instant bank-to-bank transfer via Raast-enabled accounts
• Bank Transfer – standard interbank transfers in PKR
• Debit/Credit Card – card payments in PKR
• Mobile Wallets – other supported mobile payment channels

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts and methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or payment methods not in your name are not permitted and may result in deposit reversal, account suspension, and forfeiture of any associated winnings.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed within the deposit section of your PKR 67 account at the time of transaction. PKR 67 does not charge internal fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — those are outside PKR 67's control.

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. PKR 67 operates a same-method withdrawal policy to reduce the risk of fraud and protect the integrity of player funds.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• PKR 67 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed quickly; bank transfers may take additional time depending on your bank.
• Any active bonus funds that carry wagering requirements must be fully played through before withdrawal of the associated real-money balance is permitted.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in the withdrawal section of your account at the time of request.

PKR 67 may delay or withhold a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to conduct a review of account activity, verify identity, or investigate a potential breach of these Terms. Where a withdrawal is delayed for review, PKR 67 will aim to communicate this to the account holder in a timely manner.

PKR 67 offers sports betting markets including cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral series, football, and esports. Bets are accepted subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation.
• PKR 67 reserves the right to void any bet placed on erroneous odds — including obvious pricing errors — regardless of whether the bet was confirmed by the system.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live market availability. PKR 67 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during a live event.
• If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned and not completed within a defined time window (specified per sport in platform rules), bets may be voided and stakes returned at PKR 67's discretion.
• Results for cricket markets — including PSL matches — are settled based on official match results from the relevant governing body. PKR 67's decision on settlement is final in the event of any dispute.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placing.

Attempting to exploit latency, delay, or any technical advantage to place bets with knowledge of an already-determined outcome is strictly prohibited and will result in bet voiding and potential account action.

All slot games available on PKR 67 — including classic slots, video slots, megaways, cluster pays, and progressive jackpot titles — operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Each spin is independent and the outcome of previous spins has no influence on future results.

• The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot is determined by the game provider and is applied over a very large number of spins — it does not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a game round, the round will be completed and the result recorded as soon as the connection is restored. The recorded outcome will stand.
• If a malfunction occurs that prevents a game round from completing correctly, the affected round may be voided and the stake returned.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to the individual jackpot game's terms as set by the game provider.

PKR 67 makes no representations regarding expected win rates, frequency of bonus features, or likelihood of specific outcomes in any slot game. All games are for entertainment purposes, and past results do not indicate future outcomes.

Fish games on PKR 67 are arcade-style shooting games where players spend PKR credits to shoot fish targets of varying point values. The following rules apply to all fish game activity:

• Ammunition and bullets are purchased using your PKR 67 balance and are consumed upon firing, regardless of whether a target is hit.
• The point value and reward associated with each fish type is displayed within the game interface and may vary by game title.
• In the event of a game disconnection mid-round, any ammunition already spent is not refundable. Completed rewards that have not yet been credited will be applied upon reconnection.
• Fish games use certified RNG systems to determine target behaviour and reward outcomes. Results cannot be predicted or influenced by any external method.

PKR 67 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, or other incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms displayed at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unmet wagering requirements or unused bonus funds after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses are awarded per eligible account and are non-transferable. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once is strictly prohibited.
• PKR 67 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time if it believes the promotion is being abused, exploited, or claimed in bad faith.
• Certain game types may contribute at different rates towards meeting bonus wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified in promotion terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on PKR 67 and will result in immediate account action including suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance where PKR 67 determines a violation has occurred:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or play games in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to deposit funds.
• Money laundering or using PKR 67 for any financial activity unrelated to genuine gaming entertainment.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Allowing a minor (under 18) to access or use your PKR 67 account.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unintended advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing PKR 67 staff or other platform users.
• Any attempt to reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or extract platform data, odds, or game logic.

PKR 67 cooperates fully with any lawful investigation into fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through the platform and will share relevant information with appropriate authorities where required.

All content on the PKR 67 platform — including but not limited to the PKR 67 brand name, logo, website design, interface layout, game content, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of PKR 67 or its licensed content providers and is protected accordingly.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to access and use the platform for your own personal entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the PKR 67 platform without prior written permission.

PKR 67 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain high availability and a smooth experience for all users, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical issues at all times.

• PKR 67 is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, game malfunctions, or connection failures outside PKR 67's reasonable control.
• PKR 67 is not responsible for any losses — financial or otherwise — resulting from your own decisions regarding betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• PKR 67's maximum liability to any individual user in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

PKR 67 collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, payment processing, identity verification, and platform use. How we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data is described in full in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

PKR 67 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all adult players. Gaming on PKR 67 is intended as entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties.

Continued use of the PKR 67 platform after an update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting support.
